FIFA 17 TOTW 11 Predictions with Giovanni Simeone and Leroy Fer

EA once again ready to unload TOTW 11 into packs hoping that players will spend millions of coins with the chance of getting somebody special inside a pack. As usual, we can bring you a preview of the early TOTW 11 predictions which should give you a good look into the players most likely to be selected. The lineup comes from FUTHead once again who usually have an extremely high success rate of predicting which players are going to be chosen by EA.

Fernandinho

With all the midfield talent Manchester City have (David Silva, Kevin de Bruyne, Ilkay Gundogan & Yaya Toure), Pep Guardiola always has a place for Fernandinho in his side. The central midfielder allows on those creative players to play, and his tenacity was shown against Burnley at the weekend as he chase a ball to the by-line and fired the ball across goal, which was inadvertently bundled home by Sergio Aguero. Expect the Brazilian’s rating of 81 to go up to 83 if he earns an IF card.

Leroy Fer
Leroy Fer scored two goals in the mad 5-4 Swansea victory over Crystal Palace. The three points keeps Bob Bradley’s relegation hopes alive, but with creative players such as Gylfi Sigurdsson and Fer, who can also score, they have more than a chance of staying up. Neither of Fer’s goals were vintage efforts, but he has the knack of being in the right position to prod the ball home. The Dutchman is a 76-rated attacking midfielder on Ultimate Team, but that could rise to as high as 80 this week, with his position likely to chance to a central midfielder.

Javi Ontiveros
Javi Ontiveros perhaps picked up the goal of the weekend as his rifled home a 30-yard screamer in injury time to give Malaga a 4-3 victory over Deportivo La Coruna. The Spaniard Ontiveros is rated just 66 on Ultimate Team, but after a screamer like that, expect his rating to hit 70 or above, should the left midfielder make the TOTW.

Giovanni Simeone
Son of Diego Simeone, Giovanni was the star in the result of the weekend as Genoa defeated Serie A champions and leaders Juventus 3-1. The Argentinean netted the first two goals, both classic poachers finishes, first hammering home a rebound at the fourth time of asking, and a cool header to shock the league leaders. The striker sure to make the TOTW after that performance, and the striker’s 69-rating could hit a top silver rating of 74.

Edin Dzeko
After a wonderstrike in the Europa League in midweek, Edin Dzeko added two more goals as Roma survived a scare as they overcame Pescara 3-2. It was classic Dzeko as he volleyed home two crosses on either foot to take his goals tally to 17 already this season. The Bosnian striker is another man who is sure to receive an In Form card, and with one TOTW appearance under his belt already this season, he could rise to 84 or beyond from his normal 80 rating.

Timo Werner
There’s just no stopping RB Leipzig as the moment, and they kept their unbeaten start to life in the Bundesliga going with a comprehensive 4-1 away win over Freiburg. Striker Timo Werner netted two goals to go to seven for the season, and you begin to wonder whether Leipzig can match the heroics of Leicester City last season, with Werner the German Jamie Vardy, you just never know. Werner’s usual 75 rating could increase to around 78 should he be selected ad earn an IF card.

Another intriguing week in Europe as Chelsea saw of Tottenham in the Premier League, Genoa stunned Juventus in Serie A, Barcelona continued to struggle in La Liga, and RB Leipzig kept marching on in the German Bundesliga. But the big questions remain: who will make the FIFA 17 Ultimate Team of the Week? Look no further, we will give you the top predictions of who could become very valuable on Wednesday evening.
